Carnival Spirit at MEplace KX

It’s Carnival Week at MEplace KX, and we’re celebrating fun! Inspired by the Notting Hill Carnival themes of self-expression, creativity and joy, each day the children and their teachers have taken part in an exciting challenge. Monday was Funky Socks day – the children proudly shared their favourite socks in a fashion show of zany patterns, zigzags and animal prints! Tuesday’s topic was Wacky Hair, and our little ones were so excited to show off their silly styles and eye-catching ‘dos. Then, on Wednesday, everyone chose a favourite colour to wear, bringing a rainbow palette to the nursery! Thursday’s theme was Fancy Dress, and we rounded off the week with Inside Out Friday. All week long, the children have enjoyed summer fête games, and made music with shakers and other percussion instruments. And of course, there’s been plenty of singing, bouncing, dancing and wriggling to the beat!
