Habitat Discovery at MEplace KX

Here at MEplace KX, our children are loving this month’s topic, with learning inspired by our World pillar. They’ve been exploring different habitats on land and under the sea, and learning all about the different ways that we can work together to protect our planet. The children engaged in ocean and desert sensory play with lots of different textures, and created safe homes for their small world animal toys. With stories and interactive touch-and-feel books, the children discovered more about the wonderful species and environments of our planet home. And what better way to feel connected to nature than our daily outdoor adventures to our beautiful neighbourhood parks?!
